Terms and Conditions

Our websites are created according to the following terms and conditions.

  1. The internet is a public place. It is possible that someone unknown to you may guess the address of your site and be able to view your pictures. If this is a concern to you, you may elect to have a passworded site at additional cost. This is included in the price of the Premium Plus package.
  2. Each website will be on-line within 7 working days of receipt of your photographs. You will be notified if there is going to be a delay. If I am unable to place a site on-line within the 7 working day period, you will be entitled to a free update to your site at a later date.
  3. The design of each site varies according to the photographs sent. For many of the templates, a certain amount of creative license has to be exercised to select a portion of a photograph to be placed into the smaller images. Additionally, the border colours of the frames placed around the photographs may be changed to better match the colours present in the photographs and the background chosen. Finally, your monitor may be running at a different colour resolution to those of the testing machines. In short, the site may not look exactly as you expected. If you are truly horrified at the final look of the site, you have 7 working days to contact me and have the option to select a different combination of background, style and theme. I will honour this only once during the initial setup of your website.
  4. A website will remain on-line for as long as the fees are paid. If the initial payment does not clear, you will be notified and your site will be taken down. You will be notified 1 month before the on-line period of your package expires, 2 weeks before the expiry date and on the date itself. Should you wish the site to remain on-line longer, you may contact me and arrange for an extension.
  5. Every care is taken to provide you with a website that is compatible with most web browsers. However this cannot be guaranteed.
  6. Your personal details will be stored only in connection with your website transactions. Your email address and any other contact details will not be passed on to any other company whatsoever.
  7. We produce websites for the display of family pictures to family members. No pornographic material will be tolerated.
  8. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
