All packages are hosted at www.NewBabyOnline.co.uk/<your_family_name_and_initials>. For example, "www.NewBabyOnline.co.uk/smith_j_q". When you purchase a site, you will be asked for your preferred name. If this has already been taken, we will contact you.

For an additional fee, you can choose to purchase an unique domain name, subject to availability.

At least 1 update to your site is included in the cost of the package. When you choose to use this update is up to you - perhaps at Christmas, New Year, Christening, Holidays, whenever!

At the time of the update, you can choose to replace one or all of the photographs on the site, or add additional pages to the site. Each update allows the addition of 1 extra page, with additional pages charged at £25 per page.

When you send your photographs by post, they will be scanned into the computer for display over the internet. This is a free service.

For an additional fee, a CD-ROM containing the scanned images can be returned along with your photographs. Just tick the "CD" box on your order form.

Unique ".co.uk" or ".me.uk" Domain Name (subject to availablility)

• The running of the domain name, all hosting details, etc will be handed over to you on clearance of funds. You will then be responsible for maintaining that domain name - The hosting company will contact you every 2 years for re-registration, and every year for hosting fees.

Passwording of site

• This will allow you to access your website from the NewBabyOnline.co.uk/mysite page by entering a username and password combination. This ensures that only those people to whom you give the username and password can access your pictures. This is included in the cost of the Premium Plus package.
